Steve Moncaster - Business Sales and Customer Support

Steve is a founding member of Fivenines and has worked in the IT industry for the last 17 years in various technical and management roles. Steve drives business sales and ensures that customers receive an attentive and professional service.

Michael Canavan – Development and Technical Support

Michael, or Mik as he likes to be called, is passionate about IT and technology. Mik is responsible for development, installations and support, and is the technical driving force behind Fivenines’ success.

Josh Cunningham – Field Service and Technical Support

Josh is in his fourth year with Fivenines and has progressed from technician to qualified engineer status through our external training program. Josh is a highly valued member of the technical team and is very popular with customers due to his attentive and friendly manner.

Jonny Wilson – Workshop Manager and Technical Support

Jonny is our hands-on hardware specialist and controls the day to day workshop operations. Whilst at Fivenines, Jonny has completed external training and achieved numerous industry qualifications including CompTia A+.

Polly Rodgers – Workshop Technician

Polly is the newest member of the Fivenines team and is currently embarking on her professional training route. Polly’s role involves troubleshooting and providing diagnostics feedback for the repair and upgrade of computer equipment and peripherals.

Craig Mullen – Workshop Technician

Craig has been with Fivenines for three years and provides workshop support assistance. Craig is a very capable and highly skilled hardware/software technician.

Sharon Canavan – Sales Support and Account Management

Sharon has vast experience in sales and customer support and is normally the first point of contact for customers. Sharon’s role involves ensuring that customer accounts are running smoothly and that their sales requests are dealt with promptly.

Ben Sky – Web Design and Online Development

Ben is a graduate graphic designer and is responsible for website specification and design projects. Ben is a highly skilled designer and is able to transform customer concepts and ideas into visually stunning and highly functional websites.
