- Discounted Non-Support Rate: Fivenines provides support customers with a discounted labour rate for non-support or new project work.
- Site Wide Monitoring Service: Monitoring of all servers, workstations and data communications equipment.
- Standard Business Hours Support: Support is provided between the hours of 08h00 and 18h00 GMT, Monday through Friday.
- Usage and Monitoring Report: Support customers have the choice to receive detailed reports that cover the monthly activites and events that occur on their systems.
